Fortunately the climate hysteria has not progressed so far that our western economies haven’t been severely impacted. This is primarily because there aren’t many lemmings to jump off this cliff. All the dancing on the head of a pin ignores the elements at the center of our planet and the sun around which we orbit.

...what? Action on climate change is incredibly profitable, and is rapidly becoming a central growth driver and infrastructure stack component for Western (and non-Western) economies, with renewable energy accounting for most new electricity-generating capacity installed in the USA, EU, China, and India in recent years. Texas just overtook California in terms of solar power capacity, despite California having many pro-solar policies at the state level and Texas having few to none, just because building renewable energy is *such a good deal.* It's the 2020s, make some updates to integrate data from this decade into your worldview: saving the planet is profitable now!

Scams on massive scale - this administration is bankrolling intermittent inefficient development and growing the DC payroll to deceptively increase the employment numbers. Has anyone thought about the massive expense of long transmission lines to take this “power” to population centers. It’s three card Monty that we’d better stop playing and wake up!
