Tying it to Congress's taxing power makes it harder for the Supreme Court to strike it down...separation of powers issue. The Court usually defers to the Congress here. Microsoft/Helion is exciting!!!! I think I have a 100k lying around in my coin jar. Time to invest in Helion!
