Great interview! He's one of my favorite S/F authors, and he's such a forward looking, positive person about climate change.

Such a great interview! Really interesting to look at India and the differences in just six or seven years compared to the MoF outcome. Like all the sci-fi greats, KSR really understands how to map the future onto the present. Hopefully we work toward a future more to our liking!

Holy cow! Hats off to both of you for an amazing interview. Redesigning the future starts with reimagining it! The right balance of hope, fear of loss, and potential to heal that motivates us all the most is a tricky thing to nail down, but I feel so much love and gratitude to friends like you both that are searching for the sweet spot. Keep going!!!

Wow! That was one of your best interviews. The interviewee, KSR, showed an encyclopediac knowledge of climate related topics and you seemed to match his breadth. I respectfully part company with both of you when it comes to population- no possible good can come from 8 billion of us on the planet, even if we were all Einsteins. We need to drastically reduce our numbers. The math is very clear.

Thanks for the wide-ranging and in-depth interview with such a fascinating man.

Just a reaction, take it as you will: not a great fan of the counter-point comments (“not yet” etc) added into his responses after the fact. Of course the editorial choice is yours to make, but it feels a bit like talking over the interview subject.
