Dr. Katharine Mach is Associate Professor at the University of Miami Rosenstiel School of Marine and Atmospheric Science. Her work focuses on the risks posed by climate change from sea level rise to wildfires to conflicts, and how we can adapt to them. She is a lead researcher at the UN Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change, the world’s leading climate science body.
