Congratulations, Sam! On all counts! You're singing my song -- love Paris and to have "the environment" in the Constitution is imperative. (The state of Pennsylvania has it, and I think others as well.)

Awesome article and congrats on moving to Paris. I lived in Paris from 2021 to 2022 and loved it. To your point, Paris isn’t just a museum either, it is actively the urban model that other cities should follow and realize that building big cost-effective infrastructure, abundant and clean energy, environmental and architecture restoration, and creating community can all be done in 2025. Even in the most historical places we don’t need to look at the past for greatness and beauty, we can build it today.
